Starter themes for Ghost with TailwindCSS setup

Eric Alli created an amazing guide how to set up a Ghost theme with Tailwind CSS. To save some time I've made two basic starter themes that include TW CSS. One has the fundamental page handlebar template files (index, post, page etc.) the other is completely empty.
